These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App Autostatica platform at app.autostatica.com (the "Service"), operated by OMNIPRO ENERGY LTD, 206737860, 1220 Sofia, Bulgaria, 2 Iliyansko Shose St., Office 7 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
App Autostatica collects, stores and visualises telemetry from energy equipment connected to your account — electricity meters, EV chargers, boilers and similar devices — and lets authorised users monitor and configure them. The set of features available to you depends on your plan.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created by an administrator or by registration where enabled. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Access rights are assigned per user group. Do not attempt to access data or devices you have not been granted access to.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: interfere with the operation or security of the Service; probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities without written permission; use it to send unsolicited messages; upload malicious code; or use it in breach of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other users at risk.
4. Your devices and data
You remain responsible for the equipment connected to your account and for having the right to monitor and control it. Telemetry, configuration and account data are processed as described in our privacy notice. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, network failures or events outside our control may cause downtime. We may add, change or discontinue features; material changes to paid plans are announced in advance.
6. Fees
Paid plans are invoiced as agreed in your order or contract. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Overdue accounts may be suspended after notice.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is a monitoring and control aid. It does not replace protective equipment, professional installation or your own operational checks. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or damage arising from decisions made on the basis of telemetry shown in the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. On termination your data is retained or deleted in line with our retention policy and legal obligations.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
